HI-
thanks a lot for your reply
As you told  we have verified all the io pins with datasheet.. all the connections are fine
we tried connecting module with serial port as you mentioned (using RS232 Interface).. we could not able to access the devoice from terminal, but when we unplug and plug the module with terminal open, it shows the msg like-

LGWIZ108SR:VER1.0:STARTED

LGMAC:FF.FF.FF.FF.FF.FF

LGGW:192.168.11.1

LGSN:255.255.255.0

LGIP:192.168.11.2

Dear customer,

Thanks for your interest in wiz108sr.

I’d like to ask you a few questions, if you don’t mind.

1.Please check the serial output using RS232 <> RS485/RS422 Converter.

If you terminal message is "INPUT MAC?", Please insert your MAC(ex. MC00:08:DC:12:34:56).

2.Please check the led of RJ45.

3.Please confirm whether or not that is cable connection of RS485/422.

( RXD(-) == TXD(-) , RXD(+) == TXD(+), TXD(-) == RXD(-)/485(-), TXD(+) === RXD(+)/485(+)

Thanks,

WIZnet

 hi Wiznet
we have been using your WIZ108SR modules,
Recently we have encountered a problem with some units. We are using them to connect Ethernet to RS422 ,19200 baud.
We have 3v3 power supplied and RS422 connected to pins 3,5,7,9.

we got 10 units which are not detected by configuration tool , we have tried ping test, factory reset, etc..
still we cantable to find the module in configuration tool.

could you expalin ?
