|W5100 PPPoE connect fail|
Thanks for your reply!
I captured the package and attach here, the capture tool is "wireshark", please analyse it.
1：1.098006000 Wiznet_00:11:19 Broadcast PPPoED 60 Active Discovery Initiation (PADI)
2：6.272585000 Wiznet_00:11:19 Broadcast PPP LCP 60 Echo Request
3：11.447083000 Wiznet_00:11:19 Broadcast PPP LCP 60 Echo Request
4：12.217488000 Wiznet_00:11:19 Broadcast PPPoED 60 Active Discovery Initiation (PADI)
5：(Always repeat 1~3)
The PADI frame length is 60 bytes and the general is 36 bytes, is that OK?
P.S. Sorry, If insert the telephone cable then always repeat PADI.
Thanks for your interest in w5100.
Can you send me some capture of packet?
Why do you use the same IP?(192.168.1.1)
I wish you would use different IP.
My design with W5100 can work right on LAN, but not pass over the PHASE1 when PPPoE connecting.
The test scheme is "W5100<->RJ45 cable<->ADSL modem<->internet" and the ADSL modem is configured
as bridge mode, the ADSL modem's LAN IP and W5100 gateway IP are same "192.168.1.1", the subnet mask
are "255.255.255.0", are these configuration right, please help me.
